Reporting to: Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for establishing plans and strategies to expand the Home Builder Customer Base through new builder business in Lagos Island (Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki-Ajah axis)
Grow the Business by strategically presenting our window coverings at all decision-making levels.
Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers (purchasing managers) of current customer base and prospective customer base
Secure new accounts and expand upon our existing book of business
Conduct face-to-face meetings with purchasing managers to understand window covering needs and recommend turnkey window covering program solutions
Effectively follow up with prospects to develop business
Provide weekly feedback to Management through sales management database
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all business opportunities submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain profit margin
Manages process of submitting bids
Liaise with Technical Support Manager to obtain window dimensions
Promote and sell Four Pulley’s product range and services throughout your designated territory.
Periodically visit customers to actively promote new products and explain pricing and product models tailored to the customer’s needs.
Provide technical support to customers on the product range.
Provide training to customers on the Direct Impact Selling points of all products in order to increase customer loyalty
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred but not required
Minimum two years’ experience: window coverings or construction — blinds and shutters a HUGE advantage
Self -Motivated and Driven to Succeed
Candidate Residing in Lagos Island, Ajah will be an added advantage
Works well independently or with a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience communicating with all levels within an organization
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office packages
Ability to build and sustain effective longterm customer relationships
